Small farmhouse and attached barn. Dated 'RBE/ 1719'.
Roughcast over stone, graduated slate and plain slate roofs.
L-shaped plan. 2-storey, 2-room house having front outshut in
angle with 5-bay barn attached on left. House: doorway in side
of front outshut has chamfered surround and dated lintel;
blocked window above. Main range to right has a 3-light
chamfered mullioned window beneath 2-light mullioned window of
later date. Front of outshut lit by square casement beneath a
2-light mullioned window. Rendered ridge stack to left and
large external stack with offsets to right gable. Barn: waggon
entrance on left has wooden lintel. INTERIOR of barn: 4
principal-rafter trusses. At time of survey the house
undergoing extension into part of barn; the remainder of barn
in separate ownership.
