Range of 3 late C18 houses, now all commercial premises,
opened into one unit at first-floor level in 1987. Flint with
gault brick dressings, partly rendered and whitewashed.
Pantile roofs. 2 storeys. Old Mill public house is to left
(north-east). 3 irregular bays. C20 double glass doors right
of centre and a pedestrian door to left, also 1987. 3 late C20
two-light casements; three 3-light late C20 casements light
the first floor. Dentil eaves cornice. Gabled roof. Rudolph's
Nite Spot is centre building. 2 irregular bays. C20 door to
centre and a late C20 two-light casement right and left, with
2 similar windows to first floor above. Saw-toothed eaves
cornice. Gabled roof. Old Mill Pizza House is the right-hand
unit (south-west). 3 irregular bays. 3-panelled door under
split fanlight. Secondary C20 doorway to right. 2 renewed 3/6
sashes to ground floor. 2 similar and a 3/3 sash to first
floor. Internal gable-end stack to east and central ridge
stack. Further lower range to right adjacent to and partly
behind The Old Mill (qv) has loft door facing lane. INTERIOR:
no points of interest. Included for group value.
