Mid C19 pair of houses treated as one. Two storeys; 6 bays with bays 2 and 5
advanced, somewhat and the entrances in bays 1 and 6. Bays 2 and 5 each with, on
the ground floor, an arched window within a moulded surround and, on the first
floor, a sash window. Bays 3 and 4 each with, on the ground floor, a sash
window within a moulded surround and, on the first floor, a sash window. The
entrance to No 136 in a single-storeyed porch bay on the right. The panelled
door is set within and between Doric columns which are themselves set within an
arched concave surround. The entrance to No 138 perhaps altered and in a bay
with stuccoed ground floor with banded rustication and brick first floor in
which there are 2 sash windows, one 3 panes, the other 2 panes, wide. Plinth and
blocking course.
