Early C19. Stuccoed and roughcast rubble. Slate hipped roof. 2 storeys and
basement. Harbour front 2 storeys square bay window; small casement to right.
Lean-to of 2 storeys to right. Street front, 1st floor 2 sashes with glazing
bars, ground floor modern bow window. Side entrance. Included for group value.

The Lobster Pot Cafe and House and Thy Marghas form a group.
