Early C19 semi-detached pair of houses. Stucco; slate roof with wide eaves.
Two storeys; each house 3 bays wide with giant pilasters dividing the pair
and at each end. Ground floor with central arched entrance up steps and within
shallow porch with rusticated piers and heavy entablature and 2 windows with
moulded and eared surrounds. Band at first floor level. First floor with
3 windows, the centre one slightly narrower than the others. No 268 vacant
but No 269 with all the sashes with glazing bars.
