Pair of houses. Mid C19. Brick, stuccoed. Roof concealed. 3 storeys and basement. 4 bays arranged 1:2:1 with slight central breakforward. Narrow side bays contain entrances which are approached by a flight of steps. 4-panel doors with overlights under a cornice on consoles. Sash windows with glazing bars, some margin lights. Tripartite sash to ground floor centre of No 11. Architraves throughout and pediments on consoles to ground floor centre windows and cornices to 1st floor. Floor bands and cornice. Railed basement.
