Gates and gate piers. 1906 partly rebuilt. Probably by Basil Champneys. Brick piers with aslar dressings. Pair of wrought iron gates composed of square section verticals with, in each, a crowned oval field bearing monogram E.R. (Edward (VII) Rex). Frieze below scrolled overthrow bears letters: King Edward VII Grammar School. Square section piers with stone coping on which crouch stone lions bearing shields with coat of arms.
