SU 47SW BOXFORD

3/10 Ownham Old Farmhouse

House. Early C19 with some C20 additions. Grey brick with red dressings,
tile hanging and tiled roof. Stacks to right and left. One storey and attic.
Door to right with casement to its right. 3 gabled dormers in attic to left
with casement in each. 2 right hand dormers tile hung. One storey later
addition to right with scattered casements. Garden front. 2 storeys. Central
door with gabled porch. One segmental headed coupled sash to each side on both
storeys. Fire insurance plate above porch. Interior. C18 corner cupboard in
parlour with shell niche inside. Possibly moved from elsewhere.
