Cottage. Probably early C18, with C19 and C20 alteration.
Coursed squared sandstone on rubble plinth at front and left
side; red brick in stretcher bond at right side; central brick
stack to pantile roof. Central-entry plan. 1 storey and attic;
3-bay front. C20 board door flanked by 2x2 large-pane sliding
sashes, all with timber lintels. 2 flat dormers with 2-light
casement windows in attic.
