GV II

House. C17 or early C18 refronted in early C19. Ground floor
left hand side ironstone rubble, ground floor right hand side
coursed rubble on deep rubble and brick base. Stuccoed 1st
floor with incised lines to imitate masonry. Tiled roof with 2
brick chimneystacks on ridge and one external chimneystack
with base of ironstone and top of brick. Rear elevation
pebbledashed and timber framed. 2 storeys 4 windows. C19
mainly double casements. Stringcourse. Doorcase with deep
moulded architrave and half-glazed door. Left side elevation
has 16 paned sashes. Rear elevation has 2 casement windows
including one leaded light. Interior has lobby with fielded
panelling and 6 panelled door.
