Pair of late C19 houses symmetrically arranged left and right, by a small
park. Brick; tile roof. Each house 2-storeyed and L-shaped in plan, half-hipped
towards the road and gabled towards the park where there is a little timber-framing.
The entrance within a tiled lean-to in the angle. Ground floor with narrow
casement windows set singly or in triplet beneath stone lintels and with
glazing bars in their upper parts only. First floor with, towards the rear,
a large half-hipped 3-light window and a 2-light gabled window, both breaking
through the eaves into the roof. Between brick stringcourses and over a
corner window, the Arms of the City of Birmingham.
