C16 outbuilding of indeterminate use, partly rebuilt early
C19, restored 1982 and converted to health centre. Red brick
with early C19 yellow brick south front. Slate roof. 2
storeys. C20 door to right and another to left of elevation.
Various C20 casements, especially to first floor. Re-used
masonry at south-west corner. INTERIOR with heavy bridging
beams, 3 of which are sections of a ship's mast. Some brick
rebuilding 1982. Remains of door and window openings apparent.
Roof structure reported to be renewed but not seen at time of
Review.
