Former house, now shops. Cl7 with C18 alterations. Rendered, flint west
wall. Pantile roof. L-shape plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 6 first-floor
windows. Left-hand off-centre door with plain pilasters and architrave.
Three C20 shopfronts. Carriage entry at extreme right. Sash windows throughout
in plain reveal. Moulded fascia cornice. 3 large dormer gables, 2 with
casement windows and one sash. Staggered butt purlin roof over whole range.
The antiquary, J. Kirkpatrick, lived in this house.
