House, now shop and dwelling. C16 with C18 partial refronting.
Timber-frame; painted brick; plain tile roof; brick stacks to
rear. 2-storeys and attic; 3-window range: late C18 casements;
to right, C18 leaded light under segmental arch; 2-bays of
close studding on moulded bressummer. Ground floor has 2
matching C20 plank doors, and three C20 bows with casements.
Left gable has timber-framing with passing-braces and shows
jettying, fronted with C20 brickwork. Stepped stone stack to
rear with C20 brick chimney; rubble leanto with plain tile
roof. Rear shows exposed frame post, and leaded lights; second
rubble chimney base with C18 brick chimney. Right gable, of
painted C18 brick, shows probable raised roof pitch to front.
