Late C18/early C19. Stuccoed with cornice and paraget. Hipped slate roof. Octagonal
castellated buttress at south east angle of the lodge. 2 storeys, 1 window on
east and west, and 2 windows on south, facades. Casements, the ground floor east
window has a dripstone above, the first floor window, a machiolation under it.

The listed buildings on the Newlands Manor Estate, form a group.
