late C18/early C19. North facade to Milford Road, painted brick 2 storeys, 3 windows;-
early C19 style casements. Gabled centre porch. 1 storey outshut to east. Western
facade to Pennington Lane tile hung. Double span, tiled roof with ½ hipped, gable
ends. 2½ storeys, 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars and casements on ground
floor. Porch. Prominent position at Pennington Cross.
