Estate cottage. Early C19 cottage, formerly No 13 on the Minsted estate. Built of
ironstone blocks with brick dressings; hipped slate roof and 2 brick chimneystacks.
1 storey: 2 windows. Unusual windows have cambered heads and shutters and comprize
sliding sashes to the bottom and top opening lights above, with small panes and old
glass. Gabled rustic weather porch. Arched doorcase. Integral outshuts to left
and right. Other windows are 3 light sliding sashes. Interior has 3 plank doors of
c1830-40 and rustic poles to the rear outshut.
