Farmhouse. Early C17 with mid C19 alterations and additions. Coursed
limestone rubble with freestone and ashlar dressings. Collyweston stone
slated roofs hipped with gablet to left hand. Large ridge stack to left of
centre with four ashlar shafts. Two storeys, three unit plan, and rear
service wing. Main entrance to right of centre with moulded jambs and lintel
and boarded door with rectangular fanlight; four three-light ovolo-moulded
mullioned casement windows and one two-light window; one, two-light and
three, three-light first floor windows similar to ground floor all with
moulded cornices. Interior: Stone chimney piece with moulded jambs and
four-centred arch in a square head in hall and first floor room.
