Two estate houses. Circa 1840, built for the Duke of Bedford possibly by S.S.
Teulon. Hammer dressed limestone and rubble with freestone dressings.
Collyweston stone slated roofs. Two storeys main east-west range with single
storey range to east gable. Parapet gables, tall central ridge stack with two
rectangular ashlar shafts and common moulded cornice. Boarded doors to two
entrances in north elevation, No. 15 to right hand with flat arch and
chamfered jambs. Three ground floor and four first floor casement windows of
one and two lights with chamfered stone flat arched heads and jambs and stone
cills.
