C16 house, later features and possibly earlier framing. South front plastered
and of 2 storeys with parapet and complex pegtiled roof with 4 lead-flashed hipped
projections to south. A long range extends north from east return. Rusticated
stucco quoins at east, and west, angles with moulded string at eaves level.
Flat C19 porch with square columns in third place in a range of wooden tripartite
sashes with heavy mullions and hoodmoulds. Four matching windows on first storey.
Four red brick chimney stacks one with 3 diagonal shafts stands behind south-east
return of the roofs. (RCHM 9).
