Cottage. Dated 1776. Two storeys. Four windows, Ground floor Wealden sandstone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins, above wholly red brick. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Gabled porch. Datestone with the date 1776 and the initials "M.B.".
