Mid C19. Set back from road at one end of Russell Terrace. 3 storey house with
classical detail showing Greek Revival influence. Tapered window surrounds and
pilasters to upper floors. Doorway has quoins and voussoirs and semi-circular
fanlight. Late C19 canted bay. Roof not visible.
Prospect House forms a group with Nos 7 to 13 (consec) Russell Terrace and
Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Silver Terrace.
