Early C19. Ashlar. Pitched slate roof. Ashlar chimneys, 3 storeys. Ground floor
horizontally rusticated, with plain string course above. Moulded eaves cornice
and blocking course. 5 ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars, those
on ground floor set in plain recessed panels. 1 6 panel door each, also in plain
recessed panels, with semi-circular fanlights and moulding in spandrels.
Nos 2 to l4(even) form a group with Kingley Cottage, Jasmin Villas and
Henley House, Paganhill Lane.
