Built 1835, 2 storeys in grey gault bricks with grey slate hipped roof. Wide
overhanging eaves. Double hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. First
floor window on east has semi-circular head. Central projecting gable on south
front. L-shaped plan with lean-to extension at north end. Small adjoining red
brick stable and some C19 red brick walls. Good detailing internally, including
original ceilings. Grey gault chimney stacks.
