Raised quoins. 4 ranges of sashes in moulded surrounds. 2 doors with Tuscan
pilasters, full entablature, blocking course with sculpted anthemion in relief.
Central 2 bays break forward slightly and blocking course is pediment-shaped
with sculpted anthemion in relief.
