Late Georgian roughcast 3 storey, front on older building probably C16 in origin.
4 Sash windows with glazing bars two joined in centre, probably replacing a casement.
Rusticated quoins. Cornice to parapet. Early C19 wide doorway opening. Slate
roof. Internally a sloping cobbled floor leads from the doorway to the inn yard.
Woodwork including Gothic glazed door to staircase, appears to be late C18 or early
C19. The structure with semi-circular stairwell may be mediaeval. Labelled "XIV
Century Hostelrie". The interior is now much modernized.
Nos 58 to 68 (consec) form a group.
