Stucco terrace, 1824-5, of three storey, three window houses, the central and end houses having pediments. Continuous portico to ground floor with Greek Doric columns. Balcony above has different designs of cast iron balustrade. French casements to first floor. Others are sashes with glazing bars. Two panel doors with rectangular lights over. Cornice, parapet, slate roof.

Nos 15 to 28 (consec), Nos 30 to 36 (consec), Nos 38 to 40 (consec), Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. Nos 45, 46 and No 52 form a group.
