Cottage. Late C17 or early C18 with late C19 alterations and C20 additions
at rear. Timber framed with painted brick nogging; plain tile roofs.
Baffle-entry plan of 3 framed bays with flush gabled cross-wing to left.
One storey and attic. Two C19 gabled half-dormers to right with 3-light
leaded casements; brick stack behind ridge to right of centre. Framing:
square panels, 3 from sole-plate to wall-plate. Flush cross-wing to left
with planted timbers over moulded bressumer and 2-light leaded casement,
3 windows to ground floor, 2- and 3-light leaded casements; C20 timber
framed gabled porch off-centre to right with boarded door. Interior: noted
as having timber framed cross-walls; the rest of the interior is likely to
be of interest.
