House, probably formerly 2 cottages. Late C18. Red brick.
Slate roof. 2 red brick gable stacks. Brick coped left gable
and kneeler. Dentil eaves. 2 storeys, 5 bays, with first floor
band. Having from left to right a single glazing bar sash, a
doorway with flush ashlar surround, 2 glazing bar sashes and a
blocked doorway with flush ashlar surround. All ground floor
windows have brick lintels which are smaller than the window
openings. Above are 3 glazing bar Yorkshire sashes with a fixed
glazing bar light above the doorway. There are 3 tie plates. To
the right is a 2 storey single bay red brick and slate extension,
with dentil eaves, first floor band and doorway.
