Part of the Abergavenny estate, it bears the Abergavenny initials. Mid C19.
2 storeys and attic with gables on the front and left side elevation. The front
elevation is stuccoed with a stone ground floor. The side elevation is of painted
brick. Tiled roof with fretted bargeboards. The front elevation has 1 mullioned
and transomed diamond paned casement and 1 4-light oriel. Simple doorcase.
