Mid C18 with early C19 alterations (cottage to east - late C18). Two cottages
with later third cottage to east. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stone
slate roof. Four stacks with hollow chamfered copings. Two storeys. South
elevation: Ground floor: two 4-light stone mullioned windows (double chamfered);
two 3-light stone mullioned windows(double chamfered). First floor: two 8-light
stone mullioned windows (1 light blocked) - C19. Cottage to east: Ground floor:
one 6-light stone mullioned window (recessed with flush King mullion). First
floor: two 3-light stone mullionedswindow (recessed). East gable: First floor:
one 2-light stone mullioned window. North elevation: Ground floor: three
entrances with stone surrounds (two with tie-stones). One 2-light stone mul-
lioned window; one single light to each doorway. First floor: four 3-light stone
mullioned windows. Cottage to east has entrance with quoins. To north are
vaulted stone outbuildings with datestone (possibly not original location):
