Gates and gate piers. c1882-1886. Red brick, stone dressed plinth, cast iron
gates and railings outer brick piers with stone plinths, bonding and coping.
Brick and stone plinth to concave line of railings. Railings with spear tops.
Finial topped piers, central pedestrian gates. Carriage gates removed. Part of
the Lunatic Asylum by R Stark Williamson architect for Exeter City Council.
