Early to mid C19. Terrace. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof (No.34
recently turned). Pairs of stone brackets, to gutter. Gable stacks and two
central stacks with water tabling. 3 storeys. East elevation: No. 38: Ground
floor; Entrance with stone surrounds. One 3-light stone mullioned window
with original frames with rounded heads. First floor; One 3-light stone mullioned
window with original frames with rounded heads. No.36: Ground floor; Entrance
with stone surrounds. One 5-light stone mullioned window with original frames
with rounded heads. First floor; Two 3-light stone mullioned windows with
original frames with rounded heads. No.34: Ground floor; Entrance with stone
surrounds. One 5-light stone mullioned window with original frames with rounded
heads. First floor; Two 3-light stone mullioned windows with original frames
with rounded heads. No.32: Ground floor; Entrance with stone surrounds.
One former 4-light stone mullioned window (with mullions removed and modern
casements). First floor; Two former 3-light stone mullioned windows (with
mullions removed and modern casements). West elevation: 2 storey extension
to No.34. North gable: One 2-light stone mullioned window to first floor.
South gable: Former 2-light stone mullioned window (1 light blocked). No.32
included for group value.
