Service buildings, c.1870. Ashlar. Slate roofs. Coped gables with kneelers and mannerist style orb finials. Moulded eaves band. Quadrangle plan. One and a half storeys, 7 bays. Central doorway, panelled double wooden door, keystone in flat arch and rusticated jambs. Flanked by single glazing bar sashes, single similar doorways and single similar sashes beyond. Above, 3 large, now blocked at the bottom, window openings alternate with 4 small openings, all have glazing bar sashes. Projecting from the left is an 8 bay wing, having 5 similar sashes and 3 similar doorways with 8 similar, smaller sashes above. Projecting from the right is a 7 bay wing, having a single doorway, 5 large doorways and a C20 doorway, all with wooden doors. Above are 7 small glazing bar sashes. Completing the quadrangle is a buttressed wall set on a plinth, coped and stepped. Broken by central entrance with single outer, Tudor style, arched doorways with wooden doors and hood moulds. The gables of the outer wings, of one and a half storeys plus attic, 3 bays, each have a central blind archway with arched rusticated surround and keystone. Flanked by single glazing bar sashes. Above are 3 similar, smaller sashes, the central sash being set slightly higher. In the apex is a single oeil de boeuf with raised ashlar surround and keystone at each of the cardinal points. All window openings have raised ashlar eared surrounds with keystones.
