House, C17, timber-framed and of 2 storeys with attics and a range of 3 windows.
Walls weatherboarded, off-central front door, with one set of 36 pane casements
left, and six pane sashes on right. First storey has 3 pairs of 2 pane casements
and 3 flat topped dormers in roof. Roof gambrelled, clad with red machine tiles.
Red brick chimney stack on rear slope. Formerly the workhouse compliment with
tile Poor Act of 1601.
