Description


TONBRIDGE ROAD 1. 5278 (South Side) No 33 TQ 75 NE 9/344 II

2. A late C18 to early C19 house altered in the mid C19. The front elevation is of 2 storeys stock brick. 1 pedimented dormer and slate mansard roof. 3 windows but there is an extension of 2 further bays. The ground floor was built out in the mid C19 and has a projection containing 2 3-light windows and a Tuscan porch. The left side elevation has 2 pedimented dormers, parapet with moulded eaves cornice; stringcourse and 3 saches with Gothick glazing barn.
