Circa 1885 and in a style christened by Sir Osbert Launcester 'Pont Street Dutch'. Red brick. Four storeys plus basement and attic. Each house with a narrow facade and, as a dominant feature, a canted bay window running through 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Door in porch up stairs over area will. Balcony at 1st floor level. Dormers in the roof, each with differently shaped gables. No 73 with an oriel at the corner at 1st floor level and its entrance on the return in Walton Street.
