Early C19 houses now run together as a single block of flats. 4 storeys and basement,
6 windows in all. Wider central 2-window section slightly recessed, and having
ground floor stuccoed with cornice. Fairly low pitched slated roof with 2 modern
dormers. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars on upper floors.
On ground floor round-headed windows, lost bars, in round-arched recesses. 2 modern
doors in centre section, each flanked by engaged reeded columns supporting mutuled
cornice head. Plain fanlights over, the whole in moulded architraves. Some small
modern windows inserted. Wrought iron hand and area railings. Ornamental wrought
iron balconies to 2 1st floor right windows.

The railings, Nos 7 to l9 (consec) together with No l3A form a group with
No 17 Lower Clapton Road.
