Mid C19 terrace of three houses, each three storeys, attic and basement, two windows. Stock brick with stucco first and second floor cill bands, frieze, cornice and blocking course. Stuccoed basements. Slated mansard roofs with dormers. Moulded architraves to sash windows, some retaining glazing bars. Four-panel doors in modified entablature surrounds. Tall wrought-iron area railings and handrails to door terraces. Group value.

The Church of St Thomas forms a group with Nos 1 to 17 (consec)
