Circa 1830-40 stucco fronted inn or earlier core. Two storey. Low pitch slate roof with stuccoed stacks. Four window range in two sections. Three window main range with glazing bar sashes above and door in pilastered surround at left side below. Circa 1910 two leaded light windows and central door all in matching pilaster framing added. Left end section has tripartite glazing bar sashes. Simple moulded eaves cornice.

Painted brick side elevation with three dormers and plain tile roof. Beyond, former cottage pair, part of 1-9 Dunn's Lane (qv) range. Two storey painted brick with segment headed openings and brick dentil cornice. Two later, inserted attic windows.
