House probably of early-mid C18 with alterations and re-fronting about a century later. Two storeys, two windows. Stucco with parapet. High pitched roof now slated. Plain sash windows on first floor. Altered mid C19 shop or public house front slightly projecting on ground floor, with elegant ornamental wrought iron railing above.

Nos 162 to 168 (even) form a group.
