At right a 2-storey, 3-window early-mid C18 stock brick villa with a hipped slate
roof of moderately low pitch with eaves soffit. Gauged flat brick arches to sash-
windows on 1st floor. Stuccoed cill band. Gauged round brick arches to sash windows
in round arched recesses on ground floor. 6-panel door with fluted quadrant
pilasters, cornice head and fanlight in classical porch with enclosed sides, arched
front opening and panelled pilasters. To the east a 2-storey, 4-window stock brick
extension with stone-coped parapet, probably later in date. 1st floor cill band.
Segmental arches to casement windows, some blocked. Loading door at 1st floor left
and carriage doors below.

Nos 62 to 70 (even) form a group with the wall in front of left part of No 62.
