1839,dated on plaque with title,BENYON COTTAGES.Symmetrical group of three pairs,each two storeys and basement,two windows.Stock brick.Stucco frieze,cornice and blocking course.Outer bays project slightly.Stuccoed basements and axial pilasters to outer blocks.Gauged brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars,round headed in outer first floor bays.Ground floor windows in moulded architraves set in stucco panels with cornices over,some having console brackets and paterae below.Doors of three large panels,with cornice head and blocked fanlight,in rusticated stucco surround forming voussoirs to arch and having cornice above.Four steps with cast iron handrails.Recess on axis of centre block below name plaque.Shell mouldings and garlands above windows of Nos 105 and 107.Nos 97 to 107(odd)form a group with Nos 109 to 115(odd)which are of local interest.
