Detached house. C17. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof to steep pitch between stepped coped gables; ashlar chimney
stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, continuous strings as labels to both levels; 3-light plain glazed hollow chamfer
mullioned windows in shallow recesses; between bays 1 and 2 a wide boarded door in moulded flat arch with open stone
porch, possibly C19, having Tuscan columns and pilasters, plain entablature and flat roof. Interior not seen. About 4 m
south of house are wrot iron railings with arrowheads to top and middle rails, having arch braced standards with cast
acanthus type finials; C20 gate opposite door; low return walls in brick with shallow stone copings all contributing
to the setting of the house and the streetscene.
