LINBY HALL LANE SK 55 SW (east side) 1/75 Pigeoncote and boundary walls 30M south-west 13.10.66 of Hall Farmhouse(formerly listed as Old Dovecote now G.V. garage, Main Street) II Pigeoncote and boundary walls, now a garage. Late C17. Coursed and squared rubble with pantile roof and plain tile verge. Coped gable with kneelers. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Rectangular plan. North gable has C20 garage doors with timber lintel. Above, squared louvred opening. Adjoining boundary wall has flat slab coping and plank door. Approx. 20M long. West side has to right, lean-to toilet with plank door. Adjoining boundary wall has flat slab coping. Approx. 5OM long. East side has ground level opening with chamfered segmental head. Above, doorway with oak jambs. Interior has reed and plaster floor and full height stone nest boxes.
