Detached house. Circa 1830. Stuccoed. Low pitched hipped slate roof with
bracketed eaves. Two storeys and basement. Three bays. Sash windows with
glazing bars. Ground floro french windows. Ornate cast iron verandah across
front to ground floor and basement, with glazed roof. Entrance at side.
Round-headed stair window at rear. Rendered chimney stacks over side walls.
