Detached Cottage. Late C17 and later. Rubble-stone walls. Thatch
roof with stone gable-copings. C20 brick stacks at left and right
hand gables. 1½ storeys. 3 windows, 3-light wooden casements with
glazing-bars, C20. Stone and wood lintels. 2 small stone lights,
straight-chamfered with triangular heads, in a recessed panel. Front
door, left of centre, recess panels and 2 top lights, C20. Rear wing,
C19, with 3-light wooden casements. Sun Insurance mark. Stable-door.
