2 cottages. c1840. Granite rubble stone with buff brick quoins, dressings,
ornamental eaves and Swithland slate roof, hipped to left, with 2 buff brick ridge
stacks of 3 linked flues each. In Tudor style with hood moulds to ground floor
and shouldered brick coped gables with kneelers. Small projecting gable to
left. 2 storeys of 3 2-light casements. Central Tudor arched doorway with
plank door. On left end a small projecting gable to right with 1/1 sash and
2-light casement over. Central Tudor arched doorway and 4 panelled door and
a 1-light window both floors to left. Included for group value.
