Manor house. Mid C18. Chequered brick with slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2
storeys with attic; 3-window range. Central 6-panelled door, has remains of
moulded wood surround. Tripartite sashes and first-floor central single-sash
have glazing bars and moulded wood surrounds; flat brick arches. Raised string
course between floors. Moulded wood coved cornice. Ashlar gable parapets and
kneelers, and 2 roof dormers. Brick stacks at ends. Right gable has wooden oriel
window to attic with leaded lights. Single-storey outhouse attached to left also
has chequered brickwork. Interior not inspected.
