1/32 Holly Bush Cottage

Cottage (of lodge type) circa 1820 Tudor, of red sandstone random
rubble with grey slate roof. Cross-wing left with 2-cell wing right;
1½ storeys. The cross-gable has boldly stop-splayed corners; and 1
cast-iron lattice casement to each storey, the lower of 3 lights and
the upper of 2 lights, under labels and with steeply-sloping cills.
In the right wing is a 4-panel shaped door in Tudor archway under
label. Projecting stone plinth; coped gables with stone finials;
ridge chimney has brick stack on stone plinth. In the right end gable
(stop-splayed like the cross-gable) is a damaged 3-light cast iron
casement to upper storey. Rear part of cottage pebbledashed.
